◆　Hot plasticity TPU elastomer is macromolecule polymer, the polymerization reaction by ISO & POLYOL.
◆　TPU is consisted of three main components:
　　1.Polyol
　　2.MDI
　　3.1.4BG
◆　So, under precise requirements, metering system and mixing effect can make excellent products to reach constant quality.

Functions

◆　Adopts imported PLC program processor, with color display interface, to inspect the entire equipment control system.
◆　Automatically judge, diagnose & alert, display malfunction factor when malfunction happens.
◆　Mixing head: special structure, anti-flow design, excellent mixing, easy maintenance.
◆　Imported metering pump: high accuracy, excellent wearability, heat-resistance, & precise metering.
◆　Imported Coriolis flowmeter for high accuracy & high repetition, accuracy: <0.2%.
◆　Coriolis flowmeter with no influence to quality by pressure, temperature, density, conductance & viscosity.
◆　Temperature control system in pipe from material tank→metering system→mixing head→return units, Hot kerosene to control temperature in whole process.
◆　With vacuum bulb breaking device.
