Function and working method of mix head: with function of circulation, precise metering, uniform mixing and stirring, synchronized shot; when it changes from circulating to pouring, the pressure can be changed smoothly.

Originally imported precise metering pump: accurate metering, accuracy ±0.3%.
Temperature control system: from material storage tank → metering pump → mass flowmeter → circulation position of mix head → back to material storage,accuracy : ±2℃.
Pressure controller: circulation pressure & shot pressure, ensure stable flow rate of entire system
Mass flow meter: match metering pump to execute metering function, with automatic tracing close loop control to trace and adjust flow rate, accuracy ±0.05%.
